Multifunctional complex
Economical and sustainable construction

The Port 7 project offers an innovative, low-energy and, above all, healthy working environment at the Holešovice train station near the Vltava River and the Troja Bridge. This modern campus offers more than 35,000 sqm to let in three administrative buildings named Alexandria, Edinburgh and Dover. In the future, the campus will be self-sufficient in terms of all civic amenities. Restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, a pharmacy, beauty salons, a school, a school or a wellness center will be available to tenants. This "city within a city" will attract not only tenants of the complex but also residents of Holešovice and other Prague districts.
Building E rose along the railway line and is the largest administrative building of the Port 7 project. This project's backbone offers almost 28 thousand sqm with 24/7 reception, security and other benefits. The interior spaces have enough daylight and fresh air. All materials used in the interior are strictly controlled for the content of volatile organic substances. Tenants can relax on the roof terrace or in the surroundings of the building, where there is plenty of greenery. With a high-quality, healthy indoor environment, the building aims to achieve WELL Platinum certification.
During construction, however, emphasis was also placed on the building's low energy consumption and sustainability. An ecological burden that would be dangerous to human health and the environment has been removed from the brownfield. Innovative, environmentally friendly modes of transport are encouraged here. Rainwater is used for watering greenery. One hundred per cent of the energy is from renewable sources. At the same time, emphasis is placed on minimizing energy consumption through LED lighting, elevators with energy recovery or ecological cooling and heating.
The complex is accessible by all means of transport. Directly next to the building is the train station, through which you can get to public transport stops, namely the subway station of line C, the tram and the bus stop Nádraží Holešovice. Access by car is also easy, thanks to the connection to the city ring road, the Prague highway and the highway network. The complex is also uniquely accessible by a kayak, paddleboard, smaller boat or by boat taxi.
Cyclists can use one of the several bike paths in Prague to get to work and then leave their bike in the bike facilities in the underground parking lot, where they can use showers. There might also be charging stations for electric cars and electric bikes in the future.
