The new Port7 office building also includes serviced offices and coworking, which will offer its tenants a unique and inspiring work environment in close proximity to the Vltava. Within the project, the emphasis was placed on the well-being of the tenants and at the same time that the building was environmentally friendly, for example part of the energy comes from renewable sources, rainwater is used for irrigation and many others. The building will aim to obtain LEED and WELL certifications.
The building is excellently accessible by all possible means of transport. Metro stations and tram and bus stops are within walking distance. You can also use a train or a bike for transportation, as there are several backbone bike paths in Prague that lead to the building. Transportation by car is also problem-free, the Prague ring road is nearby and the Blanka tunnel complex is across the river. As the very name of the building suggests, it will also be possible to arrive at the complex by boat and anchor in the area. The area has all civic amenities - shops, restaurants, kindergarten, wellness center or beauty salon.
In the Port7 center, tenants will be able to use private offices, a coworking zone, the so-called Office Suite, or event spaces. Office Suites are fully equipped spaces suitable for larger teams. The advantage of this type is the possibility of branding, own meeting rooms, call boxes, etc. Other types are more suitable for freelancers or smaller teams and companies. Private terraces offer breathtaking views of Prague.
