The Dancing Building was designed by the famous American architect Frank Gehry having extraordinary dynamics and two corner towers. The more robust tower topped with a fleche symbolizes the male element (Fred) guarding the corner with the second tower representing the female element (Ginger) and moment of motion of the whole building.
The Dancing Building was built in 1996 and offers in total circa 3,250 sq m highly representative office space with stunning views towards Prague Castle – especially from the executive meeting rooms situated in the “Ginger tower”. A top quality restaurant is situated on the upper two floors.
Metro station Karlovo náměstí is located within a 3-minute walk and multiple tram and bus stops are situated in front of the building. Accessibility by car is good and sufficient car parking spaces are available to rent around the corner. A wide and dense variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and amenities are located in the direct surroundings of the Dancing Building adding to making the Dancing Building an absolutely unique and top location to work and do business in.
