Since 2005, the Galerie Vaňkovka shopping centre has been a part of Brno. The complex is located on south of the main railway station in the Brno-centre district, in the cadastral area of Trnitá. Friedrich Wannieck's factory used to be here, and some parts of the factory are incorporated in the interior of the shopping centre. Currently, there are more than 120 tenants of shops or restaurants, whose composition is very attractive for visitors. The centre also has a rooftop car park offering 1,000 spaces, including charging stations for electric cars

The centre offers wide range of shops. Premium fashion brands (Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, GANT) and ready-to-wear clothing (Bershka, C&A), sporting goods stores (Hervis), footwear (Tamaris, Baťa), jewelry (Pandora, Klenoty), books (Knihy Dobrovský), household goods (Tescoma) and many others are represented here. Vaňkovka also offers quality services - dry cleaning, bank branches, travel agencies, florists and a car wash. In food court, visitors can find 20 different restaurants and cafes.
